Gnome For The Holidays

I’m keeping with the cuteness factor with these guys!

I started with Basic Grey cardstock. I layered it with Plaid Tidings DSP (153527) cut 3 ¾ x 5 ¼ & Whisper White 1 x 5 ¼, embossed using a retired Decorative Dots EF (133520). Then covered the seem using a ½ x 5 ¼ strip of Basic Grey cardstock. The circles were die cut using Merry Merlot roughly 2 ⅝ circle & Basic Grey die cut using Stitched Shapes (145372). The circles were popped up on dimensionals. The gnome was inked in Memento black ink & coloured using Stampin’ Blends. I “fussy cut” the gnome & popped him up on dimensionals. On his beard, I used Wink of Stella (141897) to give it a subtle bling. For the final touches I added a few Basic Pearls (144219). The sentiment is from the Tree Angle stamp set (153442). In hindsight, I would have embossed the sentiment to make it stand out a little more.

The Stillness of the Season

This stepped up stunning card was actually quite simple to assemble. I started by dry embossing Misty Moonlight cardstock using the amazing Evergreen Forest 3D embossing folder (EF). I sponged Whisper White ink over the top to help the trees “pop”. I cut a 3 x 3 ¾ piece of the Feels Like Frost DSP (150444). On top of that, I embossed a 3 ½ x 2 ½ piece of Silver Foil Sheet (132178) again using the Evergreen Forest 3D EF. I popped the silver piece using dimensionals. Behind the silver piece I die cut some of the retired mercury acetate using the Beautiful Bough dies (150661). The sentiment is from the Merry Moose stamp set (150494) inked in Misty Moonlight then die cut using one of the dies from Tasteful Labels (152886).

Beyond Adorable 3×3 Cards!

I found the inspiration for these cuties on Pinterest. Then I CASEd it (Copy And Share Everything).

I started with Whisper White cardstock & layered another piece of Whisper White 2 ¾ x 2 ¾. I stamped the images from the Coming Home (153500) stamp set using Memento Black ink which is the ink you want to use when using the Stampin’ Blends. I coloured the house & tree using the Stampin’ Blends. I added some snow to the roof using retired Snowfall Accents Puff Paint. I die cut the tree with the coordinating Home Together dies (153515). Then popped it up using dimensionals. The sentiment is from the retired Happy Scenes stamp set stamped in Memento black ink.

Celebrate The Season

I started using Smokey Slate as the card base. I layered it with a peek of Whisper White behind Night of Navy. Feels Like Frost DSP (150444) was die cut using the Stitched Rectangles (151820) & layered with more Whisper White cardstock. A thin strip (1 x 5) of Smokey Slate was stamped with a stamp from the retired Happy Scenes in Smokey Slate ink. Then, popped up using dimensionals. I added a little bling using the trusty old faithful Basic Rhinestones (1442200.
