Thank You Notes for Hockey Fundraiser

Our local hockey rinks (Sno-King Arenas) were hit hard during the COVID-19 quarantine orders mandated by our governor. In an effort to raise money to help with lost funds, they hosted a cookie dough fundraiser. Here are the thank you notes we handed out to those who placed orders.

The plaid paper is currently on the freshly updated Clearance Rack

Gnome For The Holidays

I started with Basic Grey cardstock. I layered it with Whisper White cut 2 x 4, Whisper White cut 3 ¼ x 4 embossed using a retired Decorative Dots EF (133520) & Basic Grey cut ½ x 4 to hide the seam of the 2 Whisper White layers. I layered a 3 x 3 Plaid Tidings DSP popping it up with dimensionals. The circles were die cut using Merry Merlot roughly 2 ⅝ circle & Basic Grey die cut using Stitched Shapes (145372). The circles were adhered using Tombow liquid glue. The gnome was inked in Memento black ink & coloured using Stampin’ Blends. I “fussy cut” the gnome & popped him up on dimensionals. On his beard, I used Wink of Stella (141897) to give it a subtle bling. For the final touches, I added a few Basic Pearls (144219). The sentiment is from the Banner Year stamp set (153464 stamped in Basic Grey.

I layered on top of the white with a piece of Plaid Tidings DSP (153527) cut 2 ½ x 4. To the bottom of the plaid, I layered Basic Grey ½ x 4 stamped with the sentiment from Banner Year (153464) in Basic Grey. I then “fussy cut” him out & adhered him using dimensionals for an added pop. The sentiment is from the Gnome for the Holidays stamped in Basic Grey ink on Whisper White cardstock & cut into pieces. Add a few Basic Pearls (144219) for a simple stepped up touch. I added Wink of Stella (141897) to the beard for a subtle bling.

I’m keeping with the cuteness factor with these guys!

I started with Basic Grey cardstock. I layered it with Plaid Tidings DSP (153527) cut 3 ¾ x 5 ¼ & Whisper White 1 x 5 ¼, embossed using a retired Decorative Dots EF (133520). Then covered the seem using a ½ x 5 ¼ strip of Basic Grey cardstock. The circles were die cut using Merry Merlot roughly 2 ⅝ circle & Basic Grey die cut using Stitched Shapes (145372). The circles were popped up on dimensionals. The gnome was inked in Memento black ink & coloured using Stampin’ Blends. I “fussy cut” the gnome & popped him up on dimensionals. On his beard, I used Wink of Stella (141897) to give it a subtle bling. For the final touches I added a few Basic Pearls (144219). The sentiment is from the Tree Angle stamp set (153442). In hindsight, I would have embossed the sentiment to make it stand out a little more.
