I started by using Night of Navy as the card base. I layered it with Silver Foil Sheet (132178) & Feels Like Frost DSP (150444). The “joy” was die cut using the Joy dies (153530). I stamped the “to the world” from the coordinating Peace & Joy stamp set (153430) using Night of Navy ink then fussy cut the sentiment. I popped the “joy” up on dimensionals. I added a little bling using Snowflake Sequins (150443).
