Our niece just celebrated her birthday. I found this card on Pinterest & knew I had to case it for her. The black & white paper is from the retiring True Love DSP. The Party Puffin #155054 was stamped using Memento Black ink then coloured in with Stampin’ Blends. I added Wink of Stella to the candle flames & the dots on the party hat. The Happy Birthday sentiment was heat embossed using white embossing powder on Pool party cardstock then die cut using the Stitched Rectangle dies. I used a retired silver thread for a subtle flare behind the sentiment. The Basic White stamped image was die cut from the Stitched So Sweetly die set.

Magnolia Sympathy
Sympathy cards are always the hardest cards to make. We lost a very sweet aunt in May. I wanted to create a card to celebrate her gentle soul. I used the Love You Always Foil Sheets #154286 which are set to retire on June 30th, currently on sale for $5.00! I embossed the foil sheets with Magnolia 3D EF #149579. The sentiment is from the new Inspired Thoughts stamp set #155536 die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly die set #151690. The accent flower is a sticker from a retired Memories & More set that coordinated with the Magnolia set.
Joy & Cheer
CASEd from Pinterest 🙂
This fun & cheery Christmas card started by using Blushing Bride cardstock as the base. I ran a piece of Pear Pizzazz cardstock through the embossing machine using the Script 3D EF (149634). I stamped 3 trees from the Tree Angle stamp set (153442) all in Red Real ink. The far left was stamped on Flirty Flamingo, middle on Blushing Bride & the far right on Real Red. Then, each tree was die cut using the coordinating Stitched Triangle dies (152710). The stump of the trees was stamped with Early Espresso ink onto Early Espresso cardstock then fussy cut. ** hint- on the “top” of the stump leave it a little long making it easier to adhere to the back of the tree** I die cut a piece of Whisper White using the largest scalloped from from the Stitched So Sweetly dies (151690). Then popped up the trees using mini dimensionals. Once the trees were on, I adhered it all using dimensionals onto the Pear Pizzazz. For the sentiment, I used Memento black ink onto a ¾ x 2 ½ piece of Whisper White. I adhered the sentiment using just regular glue of choice. For a little bling, I used one of favourite items, Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets (147801).
Sadly, Tree Angle is on the retiring list 😦 However, it is on sale for $13.60 🙂 The Stitched Triangle dies are in the annual catalogue & are NOT retiring.
Teacher Gifts- 4th Card
Here is a different take using the same template from a few weeks ago. I wrapped a piece of 1.5in Metallic Mesh Ribbon (153550) which is NOT retiring. OMG, I love this ribbon! I tied it around a piece of retired Delightful Daisy DSP. The sentiment is from the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set (152539) inked up with retired Tranquil Tide (why did that colour have to retire!) then die cut using the Stitched so Sweetly dies (151690). I adhered it to a a piece of Tranquil Tide cardstock die cut with the Stitched Rectangles dies (151820). I adhered it to the DSP by popping it up with dimensionals. For some extra bling, I added a few Iridescent Pearls (153549).
To refresh your memory, here is the same card using a different colour scheme.
Gnome For The Holidays
Keeping with the gnome theme. I started with Real Red cardstock then layered with a large simple layer of Whisper White 5 ¼ x 4. I cut 2 different sheets of Feels Like Frost DSP (150444) both 2 ½ x 4 ⅜ and adhered them to the WW overlapping them a bit. I stamped the gnome in Memento black ink, coloured with Stampin’ Blends & die cut using the largest scalloped die from Stitched So Sweetly (151690). I added the gnome/die cut to the card using dimensionals. The sentiment is from Banner Year (153464) inked in Memento black ink. I added a few red embellishments from All The Trimmings (153540).
