Another Pinterest card. Because this is a special wedding card, I wanted to dress up the card base. I used Shimmery White cardstock instead of the usual Basic White. I used Grey Granite as the subtle accent colour. The center was embossed using the retired Scripty EF. I wrapped a piece of Grey Granite Shimmer Ribbon (152463) around the square base. I punched one heart using the Heart Punch Pack (151292) in Grey Granite & another in vellum. For a subtle bling I used one of the retired Clear Epoxy Droplets. The sentiment is from the Forever Fern stamp set (152559) inked in Grey Granite.

Happy Mother’s Day!
I hope all the mom’s out there are enjoying the day to celebrate the best profession out there. I am one of the lucky ones that still have my mom here to celebrate. A special card was needed to send to a special mom.
Although the Designer Series Paper (DSP) is retired, the stamp set Free as a Bird is not. It can be found in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue on page 83, item number 149468. I fussy cut the bird & flowers & popped them up using dimensionals. I coloured the bird & flowers using Stampin’ Blends. The Basic White background was die cut using the new Scalloped Contours dies (155560). I added a little bling in the centre of the flowers using the now retired frosted & clear epoxy dots. I dressed up the envelope using the same retired DSP.
Happy Birthday Mom!
When it’s your mom’s birthday, you need to go over the top. This card is simply stunning in person! There are many layers to this card but overall it was fairly simple to make. I CASEd this from Pinterest but it was made with much love.
I embossed using the Brick & Mortar 3D EF (149643) on Whisper White. One of the Red Real layers was embossed using the Subtle 3D EF (151775). The stamp set is Forever Fern (152559) with the coordinating Forever Flourishing dies (152714). Speciality papers used are Heartwarming Hugs DSP (153492) & Silver Foil sheets (132178). 1 ½ Metallic Mesh Ribbon (153550) & Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets (147801).
The layers-
Whisper White 5 x 3 ¾ embossed with brick
Whisper White 5 ⅛ x 3 ⅞
Real Red 4 ¼ x 2 ⅞
Real Red 4 x 2 ¾ embossed with subtle folder
Heartwarming Hugs DSP 1 ½ x 4 ¼
Silver Foil ⅛ x 3 ¾
Silver Foil 2 ½ x 3 ¾
Whisper White 2 ¼ x 3 ¾ stamped image on center
Most Wonderful Time medley kit
For this elegant card, I started with Whisper White for the card base. The first layer is Old Olive cut 5 ¼ x 4. I cut the Most Wonderful Time DSP (designer seriers paper) 1 ¾ x 5; cutting it so the gold was on the edges. I layered another piece of DSP cut 1 ½ x 5. These 2 layers were glued to the card base using glue of choice. I die cut a piece of Real Red using the Stitched Shapes dies (152323) then embossed it using the Subtle 3D EF (151775). The greenery with berries is a sticker from the Most Wonderful Time kit. I layered them behind the circle. The circle was adhered using dimensionals. The deer is a sticker from the Most Wonderful Time kit, I slapped him on the red circle- so easy!! For added subtle bling I used Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets (147801). The sentiment is from the For Unto Us stamp set (153335) stamped in Old Olive.
Joy & Cheer
CASEd from Pinterest 🙂
This fun & cheery Christmas card started by using Blushing Bride cardstock as the base. I ran a piece of Pear Pizzazz cardstock through the embossing machine using the Script 3D EF (149634). I stamped 3 trees from the Tree Angle stamp set (153442) all in Red Real ink. The far left was stamped on Flirty Flamingo, middle on Blushing Bride & the far right on Real Red. Then, each tree was die cut using the coordinating Stitched Triangle dies (152710). The stump of the trees was stamped with Early Espresso ink onto Early Espresso cardstock then fussy cut. ** hint- on the “top” of the stump leave it a little long making it easier to adhere to the back of the tree** I die cut a piece of Whisper White using the largest scalloped from from the Stitched So Sweetly dies (151690). Then popped up the trees using mini dimensionals. Once the trees were on, I adhered it all using dimensionals onto the Pear Pizzazz. For the sentiment, I used Memento black ink onto a ¾ x 2 ½ piece of Whisper White. I adhered the sentiment using just regular glue of choice. For a little bling, I used one of favourite items, Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets (147801).
Sadly, Tree Angle is on the retiring list 😦 However, it is on sale for $13.60 🙂 The Stitched Triangle dies are in the annual catalogue & are NOT retiring.
