Making sympathy cards are often the most difficult cards for me to make. I liked how this turned out using the Botanical Prints kit (which is retiring on June 2nd) & the Nature’s Thoughts dies (carrying over). A subtle dress up using black sequins. It could easily be turned into a birthday or thank you card as well.
My name is Jill Loveland & I have been an independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in the Seattle area since 2010. I joined in 2010 during Sale-a-bration & have been hooked since. I love how the Stampin' Up! products coordinate from ink, paper to dies & embellishments. The quality of Stampin' Up! is the best in the paper crafting industry.
I love to share my joy for card making & paper crafts with others. I hope you enjoy my blog & will visit often.

Very beautiful. How did you make the pin pokes on the white paper ?
In the Nature’s Thoughts die set (item number 153586) there is a simple frame die with those holes in the die. When you run it through your die cutting machine, all the holes are inserted without any mess. It is a great die set & a wonderful matching stamp set (Positive Thoughts). https://www.stampinup.com/ecweb/product/153586/nature-s-thoughts-dies
